LUSH Review: Snowman Bath Ballistic (Christmas)

snowman

This Christmas line bath ballistic provides a relaxing bath with moisturising oils that will leave you silky soft all over! If you love how you feel after Buffy Body Butter (review to come) you will love this.

Rating: 5/5 Loved it, will repurchase

Use: Bath ballistic. Fill a bath with warm water and drop the snowman in

Effect: Fizzes away to create murky pink water with red floaters that smells lovely

Smell: Lovely subtle smell of musk and ylang ylang that lingers on your skin

Texture: Leaves an oily residue on the skin, but not as thick as a massage bar or Buffy Body Butter (review to come)

Frequency: I have only used once but will be stocking up next Boxing Day! I would love these as a monthly treat

Vegan: Yes

Size: 90g, about 8 cm tall and 5 cm diameter

Lasts: One bath. Takes about 3 minutes to fizz out

Love: How it makes my skin feel, a great remedy for dry skin without the hassle of moisturising. Also makes you smell great!

Hate: The scarf turns into little floating red discs that smudge onto your skin like lipstick! The pigment can be rubbed away, but it is an unnecessary annoyance to me.

Condition: As you can see his scarf was broken on arrival and he wasn’t snowy white. But the scarf could be salvaged from the bottom of the box and otherwise he was in tact.

Price: AU $6.50 (or $3.25 on sale)

Storage: Keep in the plastic or paper bag it came in, if naked wrap in cling wrap to stop rubbing and keep in a box by the tub

Top Tip: Buy half price at the Boxing Day sale. Otherwise it is very similar to the year-round Butterball (review to come)
